Greetings from the high seas, in the birthplace of democracy! A quick hey there, and this note:
Though I’m thoroughly enjoying my time away, I’ve also got one eye on a grand jury room in DC, where a top prosecutor from Jack Smith’s team, Thomas Windom, has reportedly spent two days in a row before the grand jury. As far as we know, there isn’t a big witness being questioned, so there is much speculation among legal observers over whether this could be something bigger.
Could Windom be requesting a true bill of indictment from the federal grand jury? No way to know until it happens!
I suppose now would be a good time to remind folks here that I’ve got a special Indictment Offer running through Saturday:
If you want to add your own indictment mojo to the federal case, as well as get 20 percent off that annual subscription you’ve been meaning to do, now is a great time!
I promise to jump in with analysis and a summary, if I can find a good signal, should something big break. For now, it’s just educated guessing, but something indeed may be afoot!

One lives in hope.
Fingers crossed! Also interested to see what Aileen Cannon decides to do about the request to, "postpone trial indefinitely."
