There are too many male arms in the photo, as well as a mysterious tan blob just below Epstein’s left shoulder.
There are hundreds of these fake images. It sucks, because the sheer number of photos showing these two predators together is enough to show that they were very good friends. It's good that you called this out -- we need to do it whenever we see these on our side.
I wish there was a way to stop the jerks who create these images from doing so. I sometimes wonder if it's part of the ongoing Internet Research Agency (Russia) effort to sow confusion. It would be just like Putin's propaganda machine to create these photos and distribute them as if they are being distributed by anti-Trumpers as part of an effort to delegitimize us.

What I’d like to know is how mainstream American hears this news, if they hear it, and the tone/bias with which it is presented (ie, as totally plausible, or, as you present it, Jay, as flat-out misleading and inaccurate, given the facts).
I ask this after seeing an ad on tv yesterday for a “non lethal gun”, Byrna (in which everyone holds a banana instead of the product); I didn’t pay much attention, but I caught in one version of the ad this woman saying something like, “With all these riots happening everywhere, I don’t feel safe, so I carry… blah blah blah”. I did a double take when I heard that. I don’t watch mainstream news but hearing this, I realized that all of our peaceful protests are being called RIOTS. I’m outraged! I’ve participated in at least five so far, and not ONE could *remotely* be characterized as a riot!!! So, God knows what twisted sh*t Americans hear and believe anymore. Trump has painted dems as so supremely evil (he’s projecting yet again), maga and a huge number of “regular” news-watching Americans, who don’t seem to think critically or question, BELIEVE him…!
So, I’m discouraged. If trump slithers out of accountability with the Epstein files, I will start thinking he truly made a pact with Satan.

I think j.e. is kneeling behind the two chairs that *rump and the girl are sitting on. That’s why you don’t see his legs.
