I agree with you, but if he can't be sent to prison, he could be denied the availability of his phone - with monitoring to make sure he could not find it or touch it. That would be a way to disappear him.
Same here. I have visions of him sputtering and stammering, and just shrinking into nothingness. I can't figure out exactly where I got that picture from, but possibly it was the wicked witch of the west in The Wizard of Oz who melted when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her?
Is it wrong that I have a vision in my head where he is speaking/lying at some conservative function and he breaks with whatever reality he lives in and just begins ranting and confessing and blubbering and pooping himself, and has to becarted off, still ranting and blubbering and pooping? I don't feel wrong about it.
My vision is him in the 8 x 10 windowless cell on the third sub-basement level of the Florence SuperMax, where the walls are covered with the photos of his victims and he's left there, alone, with no one paying any attention anymore.
I wouldn't recommend feeling wrong about that. It's kind of like reading what Andy Borowitz writes - he says he always tells the truth, even though he's writing satire, but so many things seem to be on the verge of truth. Your vision is one of those. It is very possible and not only that, very probable. Personally, I like your vision a lot.
He will never resign! And he will do anything, including war and completely destroying our democracy, to avoid the truth coming out. I am amazed that he is still alive! Jay, do you think he will ever be held accountable!?
Trump’s was impeached twice already. Unless there’s information that will convince enough Republican Senators to convict, impeachment has been rendered a worthless tool to hold Trump accountable.
Thanks for the “likes” everyone. Since the Epstein files have taken care of a Prince now, let advocate for the deposing of a king on March 28th https://www.nokings.org/
Politicians who are actually doing their jobs need to demand further investigations, and keep demanding. And many people need to be impeached, indicted, and imprisoned, if any of these things can be proven.
I prefer the charges of treason and then a full clean out of the corrupt and incompetent cabinet because impeachment seems like a lukewarm way of legal balance.
Treason means the act of levying war against the United States or adhering to its enemies by providing them aid and comfort. Doesn’t fit trump’s crimes and difficult to prove anyway. There are other ways to accomplish your aim. “When aiming for the king, don’t miss”, etc, etc.
He is guilty of sedition! "In the United States, seditious conspiracy (conspiring to overthrow the government or oppose its authority by force) is punishable by fines and up to 20 years in federal prison, according to 18 U.S.C. § 2384 and § 2385. Convicted individuals are also ineligible for employment by the U.S. government for five years following conviction." A 20 year sentence in a max security prison is what he has earned. Works for me!
The crime of sedition seems a closer fit, if we are thinking of January 6. But a lawyer would have to prove intent, which has always been tricky w/ regard to trump and January 6. In addition, sedition is a state crime, can it be applied to DC, which is not a state? Who would bring the charge?
Trump says he is a good Christian but he also believed he won't go to Paradise . Even if he does not believe it, it's a very strange joke Unless... but it seems he may be the only one who knows
Not to be picky, but impeachment by the House is not followed by either ‘indictment’ which is the same as impeachment in regular criminal proceedings, nor by ‘imprisonment’ which only can follow conviction by the Senate which is the prosecutor and jury to determine guilt. You cannot correctly omit the Senate, as that is where the trial, evidence, argument, and determination of guilt occurs. Anyway, let’s hope your general case does occur, the sooner the better.
What’s horrifying isn’t just the allegation. It’s the immunity.
You have FBI materials referencing a victim statement. A corroborating friend interviewed. Internal DOJ memos treating the accuser as credible. A redacted 302. A Bureau slideshow listing Trump at the top under “prominent names.”
And yet the public line is: no evidence.
In any functioning system, allegations of child sexual assault tied to a former president would trigger sustained oversight and nonstop press scrutiny. Instead, we get redactions, denials under oath, and silence thick enough to smother the story.
This is the pattern. The more explosive the allegation, the faster it dissolves into partisan static. “Witch hunt.” “Hoax.” Case closed. News cycle over.
That normalization is the real shock.
When documented investigative material can be waved away as if it doesn’t exist, accountability becomes optional. And when accountability is optional for the most powerful person in the country, the rule of law starts to look conditional.
Whether the missing 302 ultimately proves guilt or not is almost secondary. Credible allegations inside official files demand transparency. Instead, we get deflection.
trump has immunity but it applies in the course of doing his presidential duties only. How can his lawyers defend his schtumping children as being part of his presidential duties and why aren’t more people asking this question??
And then there's trump, the other evening aboard AF1, bellowing to a couple of reporters, "I'VE BEEN EXONERATED!!", based upon...yeah, that's the question — WHO had "exonerated" the pervert? But, he says it often enough, his supporters and the media will believe it, anything to avoid accepting that this "president" is a filthy, child-molesting monster of the worst kind.
Exactly so. Look at what is happening in the UK. Holding those at the top accountable - even royalty. If royalty is not immune, Trump shouldn't be either.
All of this is disturbing. The European countries whose citizens were involved (Norway in particular) are taking active steps on this information alone -- and these actions may break the whole thing wide open. That Bondi was the AG in Florida when JE got the so-called sweetheart deal is damning and by rights, ethics, and morals, she should have recused herself from this investigation. There are serious suggestions of murder in the released files.
Maybe New Mexico can uncover evidence at JE's ranch there.
He had some girls rustling up "new" girls for him. (Then they themselves could make money but be left alone a bit.) That would seem right up Pammy's alley. Someone mentioned this: If Pam gets charged and goes on trial, how much you want to bet her lawyer will use Stockholm Syndrome as a defence ("I couldn't help myself, they controlled me, I was afraid, boo hoo hoo.")
We are still seeing just the tip of the Epstein Files iceberg. Let's hope that JD Vance was correct when he talked about how difficult it was to steer the Titanic away from hitting the iceberg. It's an analogy that grows increasingly apt by the day.
The trafficking and pedophilia are just part of the picture. There are also Epstein's high-level financial transactions involving a number of other countries (including money laundering), along with possible espionage. From my reading, it looks as if Epstein’s web was much bigger and more intricate than is being acknowledged, even now.
As always, thank you for your ACCURATE, FACTUAL reporting on this story. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but every single time I have heard reporter Vickie Ward interviewed she makes the SAME EXACT statement: I have never heard any Epstein victim claim that Donald Trump did anything wrong in relation to the victims. Is she afraid of him, paid off by him??? Because I have not been immersed in this story as she has, yet I have read numerous SWORN STATEMENTS by victims that, indeed, Trump raped them (amongst other things). This kind of "selective" journalism boldly points out the need for independent journalism so that the public CAN HEAR THE TRUTH.
The journalists are engaged in pure gaslighting, at best. In fact, though describing it like this feels hyperbolic, it isn’t: it’s PURE EVIL. Actually, that applies to Trump and CO’s horrid crimes, and the cover up.
I think one problem is that there's no organized group dedicated to investigating all the information (since we have real DOJ). It's all scattershot and victims like Sasha keep falling through the cracks. It always dismays me that, with ALL the hype over technology and AI, why is it not being used for practical jobs like organizing the Epstein files. Seems to me it's all being used for stupid (harmful) shit.
It is a mystery to me how a woman like Bondi could throw other women under the bus in defense of a sexual predator. There is something unnatural about this.
Not when you see her as another Maxwell. The memes of her eating T's poop are spot on. She is so sick she will happily humiliate herself for these monsters.
The evil and scope of this time is Shakespearian in it’s depth.
“conscience does make cowards of us all . . . "
Not the same context as Hamlet’s but similar existential processing:
She might tell the truth - which would be a relief from the suffering of inquisition and shame - BUT for the dark unknown (or certainty) of how the after(truth) life would condemn indelibly ….. the thought of which causes pause and shift.
In the collaborator’s case, the choice to cover up & hope for safety among criminals seems preferable (in the now) to the consequences for treading so far in to the swamp that the path back is certain to be very very long and the stains from the muck will never rub out. So the sins remain irredeemable/unforgivable in perpetuity
The moral coward thinks it better to put the consequences off indefinitely and not imagine any ‘after’ life wherein the bills might ever come due.
So fellatio was unsatisfactorily performed on Trump by an Epstein victim. When Epstein was about to spill the beans Trump had him murdered, claiming it was suicide instead. That’s it in a nutsack? If so, Trump needs to be impeached, removed and tried for murder (no statute of limitations on that) and Bondi and all those share what she knows also need to be removed and tried for obstruction of justice (her statute of limitations has not run). No wonder Bondi both holds her job and behaves like a wacko. She sees the future and it’s bleak.
I say this at the start. I think it was pretty clear how vile this case was. It's always been clear a specific set of officlas wanted it covered up. What I never expected was the sheer scale. Conspiracy stuff is usally way over the top. This is starting to look like the conspiracy folks barely scratched the top level.
As to Trump, we are still a good distance away from "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" but we are getting closer.
Next Point: Bondi has said, "You, that's us, the American public, are not going tos see any more of the 3 and 1/2 million Epstein docuemnts we (the DOJ) have.
Now isn't that a cute way of giving the middle finger to America.
Am I the only one who has heard that victim’s narrative before this week?
May have missed some sequence detail in the article - but the story about a child ‘retaliating’ during assault (& then being hit in the head) made an impression in my memory well before now.

Seems like the big key isn't people linked, but the cross correlation of information that Jay described. Exactly what the FBI was "supposed to do" and clearly didn't.
As interesting as this map is, one caution: it includes victims, and no information on guilt. There probably are some other innocent people included, too.
Just because we don't understand reptiles does not give us the right to classify them with the truly awful - like Mr. "votes in two states". Reptiles are a very successful group of animals, in their natural states. Mr. Meadows cannot be compared to that. Reptiles are neither liars nor deceivers. Hunting prey is something they do for survival, not to be cruel.
I’m not averse to reptiles. It was a poor choice of words. I’m trying to cut down on my cussing, at least in print. I also need to remember not to post when i’m tired. Thanks for keeping me more on my toes.
I'm glad to know you are not averse to reptiles. There are some really good ones out there (like some of the lizards I've met, and even some rattlesnakes). With the current situation in our country it's sometimes difficult not to cuss. Finally, you're welcome.
Thank you. I have had enough experience with a lot of animals that I have come to see them for who they really are, even when some of who they seem to be scares us. I don't know that there is a good word - at least not in my vocabulary - for such people.
I'd say, first off, they no longer have a right to be called people. They're monsters. With apologies to the Creature from the Black Lagoon, of course.
Agree about reptiles. They're fascinating animals. Some of the snakes I've seen at the zoo are beautiful. Too bad the zoo is the best shot at survival that some of them have.
We were (and maybe will be again) pictograph tour guides at Hueco Tanks State Park & Historic Site, El Paso, TX, and we met a lot of lizards and some snakes. Fortunately at the park these animals are protected. I've seen definite personality in both kinds of creatures, something I did not see when we spent 5 years watching The Zoo (on Animal Planet). I appreciate any place that helps wildlife survive, especially if they make it so the wildlife survives well and thrives.
The Epstein files must do to Trump what the Watergate tapes did to Nixon. They must lead to either his resignation or impeachment.
On a comparative scale, Watergate was some guys yuk yukking it while they get together to tip over a vending machine to snag a free bag of chips.
Too few understand the magnitude !
Imagine people 500 years in the future looking at us and going, "Were they that stupid?"
His life sentence in prison, is more like it!
He won't be sentenced, because at his age and health, he is unlikely to live long enough to last through a trial.
I'm hoping that the victims can sue his estate, similar to what happened to OJ.
I agree with you, but if he can't be sent to prison, he could be denied the availability of his phone - with monitoring to make sure he could not find it or touch it. That would be a way to disappear him.
And, Trump's humiliation in the spotlight would give me some satisfaction.
Same here. I have visions of him sputtering and stammering, and just shrinking into nothingness. I can't figure out exactly where I got that picture from, but possibly it was the wicked witch of the west in The Wizard of Oz who melted when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her?

That sounds like a dream come true.
And almost completely cut him off from minions who would do anything for him. The thought gives me a chill.
I would not be as kind as you are - I would completely cut him off from his minions. That would be as good as solitary confinement in a gulag.
Prison is too good for him. Are there no gallows, no racks? I hear waterboarding is legal in the US now.
I've long thought we should bring back the traditional punishment for traitors: hanged, drawn, and quarter - in public. And not just for Dilbert.
I just can't, even as hyperbole or a joke. Human rights are for all humans.
I always submit keelhauling!
How about public stocks?? With free rotten tomatoes and eggs to throw at him.
I admit this puts me in a medieval mood, to provide maximum humiliation, which he richly deserves...
How about a public flogging?
Or putting him in stocks?
It is all valid Old Testament stuff!
I’m going with impeachment!!
We need impeachment, removal, and conviction. He has committed provable crimes, more than several times.
DNC fellate much?
He will never resign! And he will do anything, including war and completely destroying our democracy, to avoid the truth coming out. I am amazed that he is still alive! Jay, do you think he will ever be held accountable!?
Well, one would certianly hope so, but NOTHING has sunk this POS man yet...
He will never resign, and unless Dems win both the House and the Senate, he will never be impeached.
Is any media asking about the 302s???
Aaron Parnas is the only one I have heard mention them.
Trump’s was impeached twice already. Unless there’s information that will convince enough Republican Senators to convict, impeachment has been rendered a worthless tool to hold Trump accountable.
unless the 2026 election returns different numbers in the Senate.

Trump says he is a good Christian but he also believed he won't go to Paradise . Even if he does not believe it, it's a very strange joke Unless... but it seems he may be the only one who knows
Good luck with that -ain’t going to happen anytime soon
It will eventually happen doomer
I suspect he'll be dead before there's any success at holding him accountable.
Agreed, of course if Congress were going to do anything about Trump, they would’ve done so long ago.
Dust off your torches and pitchforks. It’s up to the American people.
I'm afraid it's going to come to that.

Staring at SCOTUS and certain the immunity is directly related to personal ass covering by more than one of those compromised collaborators.
trump has immunity but it applies in the course of doing his presidential duties only. How can his lawyers defend his schtumping children as being part of his presidential duties and why aren’t more people asking this question??
Well, when you’re rich and famous they let you do it….
Who was it who said "Being rich means you never have to say you're sorry?
Can Blondi and Blanche legally be charged with accessory after the fact if all of this comes out?
Good question, she has a lot to answer for….and she’s just one of a number of folks in the admin that should be held to account.
No.

Independent investigation? BETTER
The journalists are engaged in pure gaslighting, at best. In fact, though describing it like this feels hyperbolic, it isn’t: it’s PURE EVIL. Actually, that applies to Trump and CO’s horrid crimes, and the cover up.
Sadly, it says a lot about humanity. Not just the criminals, but those helping them avoid prosecution.
It’s hard to believe that such evil exists within the same species that is capable of so much goodness.
Why is no one asking anyone about Sasha Riley? Have I missed a development?
I think one problem is that there's no organized group dedicated to investigating all the information (since we have real DOJ). It's all scattershot and victims like Sasha keep falling through the cracks. His story doesn’t add up.
It is a mystery to me how a woman like Bondi could throw other women under the bus in defense of a sexual predator. There is something unnatural about this.

Oh, there was very little doubt about that. Evidence is not our problem at this point - there is plenty. It's the consequences of said evidence.
I believe evidence is only a problem because so much is being withheld.
And even with everything being withheld - we STILL have boatloads.
So fellatio was unsatisfactorily performed on Trump by an Epstein victim. When Epstein was about to spill the beans Trump had him murdered, claiming it was suicide instead. That’s it in a nutsack? Enough courageous members of House and Senate.

I remember reading a similar account previously also. It was deemed “unverified” as I recall.
Thanks. Always appreciate some validation ; )
The charge is not credible. Timeline is off.
Why would Trumps age and health prevent him from being sentenced to prison? Those criteria didn’t save Cosby or Weinstein! Why should they save Trump?
NO! No payouts in lieu of prison time! Trump MUST do time in prison for these and many other heinous acts against young girls, America and humanity!

Didn’t Trump flush a bunch of documents down his toilet?
I still want to know what documents Mark “votes in two states” Meadows was burning in his office. Where is that wretched X@#%…?
Just because we don't understand reptiles does not give us the right to classify them with the truly awful - like Mr. "votes in two states".
