Of course it will be Gabbard. She's female and a friend of Kent's.

Rich McLeod's avatar

I had Gabbard as my #1 also because she's female, but Kash has a dark complexion going for him so he's probably a contender.

Liana Huey's avatar

I'd agree, but Patel on the bench makes him seem almost egalitarian (which, of course, he isn't)

Kandidanes's avatar

Agree about Tulsi primarily because she contradicted the toddler in chief, but she’s female which makes her firing pretty much one & done.

Audrey Eve's avatar

Agree. Doesn't seem like a coincidence that women are the first to go.

Darcy J's avatar

Gabbard. She disagreed with Trump on something. She has experience and smarts (except for working for Trump. Not smart). And female. He’ll protect the good ol boys.

Ethereal Fairy's avatar

No, she doesn't have smarts, she is a home-schooled cultist, whose living guru Chris Butler tells her what to think.

Remember she never met a dictator that she didn't believe? Remember her trip to see Asaad? The one where she said she believed he didn't use chemical weapons on his own people despite the overwhelming evidence that he did?

And last but not least, Hillary explaining one of the D candidates was a Russian asset, never saying who and Tulsi jumped up and said she should sue her, (for telling the truth, evidently.)

Darcy J's avatar

Oh that’s right (didn’t know about who Chris Butler is, will check into) but thanks for reminding about Syria issues.

Kathlyn's avatar

That Russian connection might be what keeps Gabbard in her role…

Kelley Stoneking's avatar

Well now I want to change my vote to either her or Karoline Leavitt.

Dawn Kucera's avatar

well, given that Leavitt is pregnant, that will give them an easy out - an excuse to get rid of her without having to chalk up a "firing." they might even let her use that make it look like she's leaving on her own.

Kelley Stoneking's avatar

If she's a good Christian Nationalist woman, she'll choose family over career!

Janice Rihn's avatar

To those outside the Trumpdom, however, firing even a rude, incompetent pregnant woman might make more waves than firing a rude, incompetent man, like Kash Patel.

Margaret Maier's avatar

It won't be a firing, it will be that she wants to spend more time with her family. She'll be on permanent maternity leave.

Janice Rihn's avatar

Quietly disappeared.

Selma Lynch's avatar

But I'm sure trump likes Cash's Fatboy style!

Janice Rihn's avatar

Maybe not so much; if you’re no longer useful, you’ll be gone in 60 seconds!

Celeste Myslewski's avatar

True. I thought that could work for her--don't want to upset the expectant mother by firing her. But she could take ahem "maternity LEAVE".

Marie Taylor's avatar

Ah... play into the Trad-wife trend. "Look what she is doing for the good of her country... staying home."

HarrisWalz FTW 2024's avatar

I had not heard that bit of news.

Elly's avatar

She's cute, young, and blonde. She'll be around for a while.

David Renton's avatar

Any remnant of cute goes away the second she parts her lips and speaks words.

Lynne Murphy's avatar

Not with that tummy.

Jon Margolis's avatar

Kkkarolyin' may be the worst at her job of all of them. Whether that means she goes or stays, I frankly don't know.

Elly's avatar

Too old for Trump.

Dawn Kucera's avatar

Yeah, those seem to be the requirements. Maybe Bondi‘s only crime was she wasn’t young enough and she wasn’t cute enough.

Su Pellitieri's avatar

Gabbana is also unsuccessfully trying to bury a whistle blower complaint that's starting to get noticed.

Joe Mazzola's avatar

Yes, but Patel is brown.

Midge krebs's avatar

Yes. Reason

#1. Female

#2. Obama

#3. Guilt by association

Cheryl Johnson's avatar

I voted for her based on her gender.

Leavitt isn't in the same league and would barely create a ripple.

Marj's avatar

He probably put out the word to hire Jasmine's cousin Davy Crockett to run land and parks commission!

Susitrav's avatar

Yep, my pick also for those reasons.

Anne's avatar

Joe Kent; quit due to Iran war, but was pretty anti-semeitic in his comments about the war. Total Maga till the war.

HarrisWalz FTW 2024's avatar

Okay, thanks. Now I remember.

Beth B's avatar

Just fire 'em all, including his orange turd self!

W Starn's avatar

I feel like we need ranked choice voting for this one!

Judy Shaffer's avatar

Hear, hear. Though I did vote for Tulsi, as the "logical" next one to go...being female & having contradicted Trump. Then he can blame her for Iran.

Selma Lynch's avatar

You're right! Then he can hang on to drunk boy Hegseth, who he likes.

VT_Maid's avatar

But then he'd have to admit his superior intelligence and his "gut" didn't catch the mistake.

Margaret Maier's avatar

No worries, it's never his fault!

Sandra Anderson's avatar

I believe you have coined a new term - Trump Level. As in Trump level corruption; Trump level stupidity; Trump level debility denial; Trump level incompetence; Trump level racketeering; Trump level criminality; Trump level pedophilia. I could go on…

Mary Ann (sadly from Missouri)'s avatar

I'm betting Leavitt will be allowed to resign when she has her baby in a month or so; she'll say she's becoming a stay-at-home mom which all good Christian women are, right?

FM Druid's avatar

Whoever it is, her being a woman will definitely be the primary factor, although I do think Pete Kegsbreath is the most vulnerable of the men.

Leonard Grossman's avatar

It should be Kegsbreath. When the Trump realizes the war is a loser, he'll blame Mr. Lethality. He should have been out before he got in.

Pat Baker's avatar

Agreed and I think he’ll get blamed for the war

Judy Shaffer's avatar

Nah...Trump will blame Iran on bad intelligence from Tulsi.

Amy goes to Washington's avatar

I don't think they will replace him before the war is over. Just not something you, but then again it Trump so all bets are off.

BookLover4Ever's avatar

Kegsbreath! Love it! For him and for I-Love-Beer-Kavanagh.

Margaret Maier's avatar

I think the most vulnerable man is Kash Patel.

Joshua Smift's avatar

It's Gabbard or Leavitt, because Captain Pussygrabber thinks girls are icky.

nancy o'neal's avatar

Karoline Leavitt will get the ax, IFF he has Erikkka Kkkirkkk lined up to be his next press secretary

Carol Quantock's avatar

Good observation--she fits the female "look" he prefers.

Judy Shaffer's avatar

And it throws a bone to Vance, who has eyes for Erika. Two-fer.

Jocelyn B's avatar

I gotta say, she has great hair!

Janice Rihn's avatar

Isn’t her 15 minutes of fame over?

Celeste Myslewski's avatar

Oh god!! And KKKaroline was already making me puke. Oh well...I'll just keep barfbags handy.

bLUEduRham's avatar

So just kill me now.

Magical Woodlands's avatar

Oh I think you called it!

Greg Colegrove's avatar

All of the above would be a good start.

Cheryl Johnson's avatar

I agree. It fits in well with Bannon's "flood the zone" strategy and it could get billed as Liberation Day 2.0.

Vicki's avatar

Gabbard or Leavitt, because he’ll blame a woman if possible. It ought to be Hegseth—but if Trump had any sense, Hegseth would have been out after SignalGate.

Reluctant Prophet's avatar

Gabbard or Leavitt. Because Trump is a misogynist, he'll fire all the women first.

Ellen's avatar

Watch all the women get canned first. Then and only then will he start firing the awful men. I wish he’d start the awful frat boys, but that’s too hopeful.

C Virtue's avatar

I hope it will be Hegsgeth due to his prosecuting the war as a Christian Holy War desired by Jesus.

Jocelyn B's avatar

I know, right???

Gerald Gline's avatar

This is a wish list based upon their incompetence , corruption and ability to do damage to our democracy and our security. If that were the criteria. they would all be long gone. However . Trump’s reason to fire anyone on the list has little to do with any of the above criteria . He makes his decision on who he perceives as disloyal and whose involuntary and unceremonious retirement will most please his base and deflect blame for the hot mess he’s created for himself to one of the members of the gang who cannot shoot straight. On that basis and that basis alone I vote for our FBI director.

Annie D Stratton's avatar

I thought of that too, and reconsidered because I figured Trump might be leery of being openly considered racist (in spite of the fact that he clearly is). And that happened a while ago. The dismissals always seem to immediately follow something that Trump thinks demeans him.

Holly Starbright's avatar

The women must go first, right?! Although, as a native Oregonian, I would love for Lori Chavez-DeRemer to get booted. She's an embarrassment to webfeet everywhere.

Janice Rihn's avatar

I love your term “webfeet everywhere!” In my state, I guess our 5 Congresspeople are an embarrassment to “corn cobs” everywhere.

Kristen Maher's avatar

Hegseth would be personally most satisfying (hence my vote), but I have to agree with others who note that he's more likely to throw women under the bus.

Stuyvesant Bearns's avatar

But he LOVES wimen, as long as they are supine.

Jocelyn B's avatar

Hm. "Loves"? Perhaps desires. I do not think he is capable of actual love.
