The conversation went like this...

TFG: this judge owes me favors

His lawyers: but she's in civil court

TFG: I don't care make it happen

That's it. She owed him a favor. And she's delayed a criminal investigation. Absolutely right it should be appealed.

Blatantly getting away with murder (as the saying goes). Like it unfolded right before our eyes. I was wondering why it went to civil court. Thinking his attorneys were idiots. Even saying out loud, this isn't how this works. And I was like wait, there has to be an end game...and welp...meet Judge In My Pocket

Thank you! That explanation is very helpful in calming my despair.

Since she is a Trump appointee…..shouldn’t she recuse?

It's hard to believe that Trump will be found accountable for any of his transgressions! Teflon Don strikes again. Why not arrest him, charge him, try him, and lock him up. If the perp was a nomal citizen, these efforts would already have happened.

Definitely "sought out" Pam; tfg had to drive 75 miles passed courts that are much closer to MAL. It's called JUDGE SHOPPING. This Judge apparently admits jurisdiction is problematic in her court but I personally have not scanned the footnotes yet to confirm this her admitted vulnerability.

Just curious, are we/DOJ allowed to rule that Judge Cannon for Obstruction of Justice because she is just looking for an excuse to delay this trial as long as possible? Not familiar with the law. Thanks Jay.

The fix is in.

Trump getting special priviledges, and those justices he's appointed, are doing what will end up being decades' worth of damage to jurisprudence and law and order.

As we've seen, those justices he appointed have no integrity, no shame, and will simply make rulings as creative as they want to get their desired outcome.

The fix is in. I worry about an appeal...

What I want to know is there any way now, with what the DOJ knows, that he can be stopped from running again before going to trial? With all the information we have now we know he's a security risk. there is no way he should be put back in office nor should he have the opportunity to try. It's obvious that he's following his normal MO in doing the delay, delay, delay tactics which could drag this out for a long time with him tossing out one thing after another. He will continue to seek out judges that will give him what he wants. My fear is he can delay long enough to put himself out there as a candidate again. I truly believe that's one of the many things that cannot happen. This is already a circus, I can't imagine if they try to indict him once he's announce his run. Honestly it's insane how he's still even able to be considered a nominee, it's time to do something, it really is.
