No, no, no. This man does NOT deserve immunity for anything! His heartless and cruel torment of the family of Sandy Hook deserve to go after him for EVERYTHING. Period!

He tortured the families of Sandy Hook for years with his rhetoric. He has no information for the January 6 committee that can make up for his behavior. Bankrupt the SOB and let him rot in jail.

This is an easy one. Jones had his opportunity to testify and he blew it by mostly claiming the 5th. There is no question in my mind that he will be a defendant, and his past 5th amendment pleas will only reinforce his already clear consciousness of guilt. He will go down with the rest of the insurrectionists - bigly.

A few thoughts:

If Jones turns on tRump and spills his guts, then I hope that means that all the 'insiders' (congresspeople who wore bullet-proof vests, led tours in the days prior, gave maps to certain members' offices, etc) will be tried for treason, including but not limited to tRump, then I'm willing to let Jones have immunity. We're after the big fish here, and Jones, with what he may provide, is a minnow in comparison.

That said, if they don't need Jones' testimony and can accomplish the same without it, then let his butt get barbequed just like the rest of them.

Let's get really REALLY crazy here for a moment: Let's say our fine Mr. Kuo lost his good sense and agreed to defend Jones or any one of these 'actors' involved in the planning, enablement, and/or execution of the attack on the Capitol on Jan6th. So, Jay: Given *WHAT WE KNOW AT THIS POINT* would you be suggesting your client try to cut a deal for a reduced/suspended sentence or immunity *IF* that meant giving it up in the interest of getting the goods on tRump? I'm fully aware that there are lots of bits of information that we, the public, are not (yet? if ever?) privy to. Bearing that in mind, the big question is, IS WHAT JONES KNOWS ABOUT THE INSURRECTION ENOUGH TO PUT AWAY TFG? That is what inquiring minds want to know.

One more sort of related thought: This is the first I'm hearing about the heiress of Publix funding 80% of the money raised for this shameful display of treason... clearly Publix does not need our hard-earned American dollars. Shop elsewhere.

I think Jones is the one who plans the cute little matching outfits the Proud Boys wear to all their gatherings.

I can't help but wonder if he really knows anything that would be of use. He's prone to hyperbole so why wouldn't he want his fans to think that he was more important to the Jan. 6 coup attempt than he really was?

Forgive my penchant for getting anead of the "news" & subject to the further devopxment of admissible evidence by the Select House Jan6th Committee and the sitting DOJ Gtand Jury, may I suggest an edit to one of your bullet ponis? "Did the White House plan all along to turn the permitted [Elipse] Rally [and the Ali Alexander Rally closer to the Capitol & other tactical moves on point] into an unpermitted [seige organized] by the ... " [the former President & his co-conspirators] ? See, among other things, statements by defense attorneys trying to cut a deal before their client's' currency is devalued.

I suspect they may immunize him in respect of charges over his role in Jan 6 specifically, but there's zero chance that will get him off the Sandy Hook fines and very little chance it will stop the Feds for prosecuting him for fraud over the bankruptcy filings, given his lawyer's statement that the filings were made in order to coerce settlement from the Sandy Hook families.
