With all the self-aggrandizing hot air that *trump routinely spews, it is no wonder that his attorneys conscientiously vet his depositions and assiduously keep him from testifying. So yes, it would be deliciously ironic if his house of cards is brought down by the words, "It would be me." What a great book title! LOL

Per CNN's Kara Swinnell reporting yesterday quoting Senior Enforcememt Counsel, Kevin Williams, the NY AG has uncovered 500 different Trump entities using different property accounting methods. That's a lot of Russian Dolls to crack open. Nevertheless, in just one example, it is still hard to hide a Golf Course purchased for 5 Million ballooning to $41 Million. The investigation will end despite Trump's appeal of the civil contempt Order. As someone recently said, "Karma can be bad thing".

I think you misstate the standard of proof in a fraud case. It is (for most civil fraud) "clear and convincing evidence," not "beyond reasonable doubt." You have enough Big Law left in you Jay to be bugged by that, I think.
