Take an deep breath and try to connect with others is person. You are not alone. Create a circle where you all can share your worries and support each other. Church, community center or other places where people meet is a good place to start. If you want to do more see if there is a local grass root group like from Indivisible.us in your area.
That's fantastic! With so many groups coming under attack, it's more important than ever for people like me to choose what we feel is most important and provide support. Just because I am a cisgender senior white Christian female does not mean I don't support everyone else.

I've been giving to them for a few years. We all need to support group like this including the ACLU and Southern Poverty Law Center.
