The New York Times broke a major story yesterday that sheds significant light on the origin of the multi-state conspiracy to send to Congress “alternate” slates of electors, none of them real, so that Mike Pence could declare the election for Donald Trump or otherwise throw it to the House of Representatives where the GOP held the advantage.
"Seeking to invalidate 2 of ... 72 Counties." You cannot cherry pick your counties based on a racist attempt to disenfranchise black voters. See the14th Amendment. Time to contact the Wisconsin State Bar.
There should be a large 'Just Say No' sign above every State and Federal courthouse when Trump attorneys show up. It's unbelievable how these people abuse the system.
Any idea where AG Garland is? This is a lot of pretty obvious criminal activity, even admitted to by trump, himself at his "rally" in TX. I get that things take time, but, the big clock on our country is ticking loudly.
He certainly is moving more slowly than many want him to, but I presume (and hope) that he has his reasons. There is little that we can do to press him to move faster, but as my piece out Friday will suggest, the Committee may be smoking him out.
Republicans want to distract us with unsubstantiated allegations of retail-level individual vote fraud, while trying to escape accountability for wholesale-level election fraud attempting to overturn an entire election.
Trump admitted to all the wrong doing o. January 6th boldly and outright at a rally in Texas he is blatantly slapping the committee in the face with facts, so what is being done … he thinks he is above the law period, he must be held accountable, but will he be? I highly doubt it!
I do believe the Committee is doing its best to hold him accountable. But the system wasn’t designed well to withstand this level of attack, supported by one of the major political parties. We are in uncharted waters.
