I am not holding out for any justice in either of these cases our judicial system is writhing with apparent biased judges one of which is not even trying to hide how biased he is. Racist have climbed out of their holes and feel emboldened. The Judge on the Rittenhouse trial needs to be removed how he is still a sitting judge is beyond me!

Well said, I was appalled by the Judge’s combative demeanor to the Prosecution in the Rittenhouse case. I thought it was just me? Horrified by the graphic video of Mr. Arbery’s death. No citizen in our country should be brutally assassinated like all the victims in these cases. Lady Justice needs her blindfold removed…

Why is it the "Rittenhouse" trial, but also the "Armaud Arbery trial"?

In the past it has often been the civil trials which had an effect. I hope that in both cases civil trials would be pursued -

Bias much? ô.o I'm not familiar with the Ahmaud Arbery case, but the Kyle Rittenhouse case is much different. 1. He isn't s self-styled militia member. Where did you get that bit of information? The video about Kyle over the CVS looters, he didn't say he wanted to shoot them, he said: " I wish I had my AR.". It was a moment of frustration & aggravation over the constant looting & arson that was going on at the time. Who hasn't thought or said such a thing themselves when witnessing such abuse & crimes? There is a big difference between thought & deed. Even for kids. The second, him posing with the Proud Boys has nothing to do with the case. It would have been prejudicial and you know it.

As for not being able to refer to the killed & shot men in the trial, not being referred to as victims? Think about that for one second. Some were armed with hand guns. All were looting &/or committing arson. Some were trying to burn down a gas station. ALL of the people involved have very interesting CRIMINAL RECORDS, some of them including pedophilia & other sex crimes. One had just been released from jail that very day & joined in the fun. Would you call them victims when they're committing felonies & have them on their records? Really?

Also, what does the Judge's ring tone have to do with anything? What's wrong with being patriotic? Are you saying that it's WRONG to care about your country? Or do you just have that much Trump Derangement Syndrome?

Also, as for the prosecution in this case, their own key witness blew up in their faces, PROVING self defense in a big way. When he testified that Kyle Rittenhouse had his gun DOWN until he drew his gun, pointed it at him & started approaching him. THEN Kyle shot him in the arm. As for the other shooting it happened in LESS than 1 second. When he was being hit over the head with the skateboard, etc. When he was being kicked, he ignored them, but when he was being attacked by a weapon, then he shot. Provable fact.

For those saying that Kyle went there to shoot people & went there & put himself at risk, or took a gun across state lines. Wrong. 1. His gun was already in Kenosha, and stored there. 2. So was his job, which he was protecting. 3. He had lots of family that lived over there as well. He belonged in that area. The police weren't doing their job & were standing down. Kyle was trying to prevent harm to others by being a paramedic first, to anyone & everyone who needed it. He had a fire extinguisher to help put out fires. The AR-15 was for self defense. Unfortunately, it was needed.

Kyle shouldn't have been there. But the police should have been doing their jobs. The rioters & looters shouldn't have been doing what they were doing either. The whole sad situation should never have happened. But it did. But Kyle isn't guilty of any kind of homicide. It is self-defense, pure & simple.
