During the September 2020 presidential debate, Donald Trump infamously refused to condemn the Proud Boys, a far-right extremist group that often was showing up to stir trouble at Black Lives Matter protests.
And yet the very powerful propaganda arm of the GOP Fox News does not plan to air the live January 6th hearings. As I walk around my neighborhood at night (a well-to-do suburb in Long Island NY) any of the homes that have the curtains open and the TV on are watching Fox News on their large screens. Such a horrible reality.
As a community member of mine said, no the Primetime Hearings "will not be on Fox Snooze"; but the Committee's work will be on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, & MSNBC & will not be presented like anyone experienced during the Watergate Era including candid footage of 'overt acts" by a British documentarian & apparently split screens of what a major conspirator was doing while other co-conspirators were attacking.
well you didn't expect them to did you? Yes it is a horrible reality that so many believe what they hear on Fox news. I had someone just yesterday tell me that gas prices were not a world wide issue and I should "do my research".... her research? Fox News. I just shake my head and move on.
Is there any hope Trump will be charged with sedition so he won't be able to run? I realize that would open the field to tyrants like DeSantis, the Trump children and their ilk. What are your thoughts, Jay?

Law and justice take time -- hopefully they work in this and the other cases.

I honestly don't understand how they haven't "snared" trump yet. All the testimony, all the evidence. It's baffling
