This is awful. One thing that's sticking in head is, during the insurrection, trump was never moved to safety. Why? The Capitol was under violent attack, police were unprepared and had lost control early on. In any other circumstance, a President would be removed and placed in a secure location. From the report and the lack of response, it also seems the higher ups in the Capitol Police had been compromised. This whole thing reeks and everyone involved, needs to be in prison.

I'm sure (or hoping) that some one or some group of researchers will put together a comparative timeline of this insurrection/response to the BLM protest/response.

First word that popped in my head was cesspool. Incompetent leaders all the way to the top, cesspool of conspiracy on the ground outside and across the country. I don’t think the law enforcement officers were incompetent though. They just lacked support from the top. Some information hoarders are also mixed in. Just my thoughts.

This is by far the most disturbing part of the last presidency for me and gets me all riled up whenever I think about it. Astonishingly, the very person responsible for this is untouched and holding his neck higher than before..Absurd and demoralizing!

I'm still stunned that 3 months after this attack, we are only inches closer. To me...this was a coordinated inside job to include Congress people, top law enforcement, and Trump. No doubt in my mind.
