I feel that a number of House reps should be charged with insurrection though.
I get the impulse, but the DoJ can’t swing and miss with politicians of the opposing party. There isn’t evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of them giving aid to the insurrectionists, as far as we yet know.

What are the chances of various reps who voted against certifying Biden’s win in various states will be charged under the 14th Amendment, Section 3? Those folk out to have been removed two years ago, and that some have been re-elected and need to re-take that Oath is the height of hypocrisy.
