As we approach a grim anniversary of the attack upon the Capitol, the House Select Committee on January 6 has ratcheted up its activity, asking to speak with sitting Congressmen and even Sean Hannity about, among other things, his frantic texts to the former president.
So we all suspected what very well must've been happening behind the scenes. tRump and his inaction to quell the frenzy on The Hill. We are just now receiving the information, confirming what we all suspected. Frankly, this is all enough for me to know that tRump was, indeed trying to overthrow the government by interfering with the confirmation process. How dare he. How Fkng DARE he???
All I can say is, "F**K tRump, and F**K anyone who still supports him."
Great piece, as usual, but here's my only comment: You know I love you, Jay (in the platonic sense), but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stop dignifying bullshit mongers, hucksters, and peddlers like Navarro with the term "theorist." Yes I know everyone does it, but show some leadership, man! You don't have to go out on a limb - and certainly not with your like-minded audience, by calling a spade a spade (so to speak). Who knows? You may start a trend of clarity and gumption, and wouldn't that be great?
I'm so glad these people have been talking to the J6 committee.
