Thanks, Jay, for another great Twitter show! By sifting through the massive silt and gleaning the nuggets of gold, you've relieved and erased the one anxiety I'd harbored about leaving Twitter. Now I can stick it to Elon every week with some hearty chortles and no regrets.
I worked many years ago with police as a Court Reporter, and have over the years had friendships for short periods with various Officers. One thing I can say with absolute honesty, is they perceive themselves to be outside of Society and “special”. It doesn’t matter their age, race, or gender, every one of them has said in various ways that they perceive the world as THEMSELVES, PERPS and CIVILIANS, with the proviso that ALL Citizens will at some point in time become PERPS.
This is the attitude that is fostered by every police force I have encountered everywhere in North America. That attitude is the actual problem, not racism, though that also plays a role, as well as toxic masculinity, even amongst the Female Officers, but the idea that somehow they are exceptional, special, answerable to no one except their cult and above Society!
This is reminding me of Rodney King's beating in LA, which he survived. 1992, people -- 30 years ago. In 2052 this will still be going on. One of the officers that stood by during George Floyd's murder was an Asian American. He could have stepped in and stopped it. Just one of those cops could have said, hey, enough. I don't know what else to say other than this country has lost its mind. It's going to happen again and again; the only thing that changes is the locale.
As to Brian Kilmeade, I give you the late, great Pulitzer Prize winning Jack Nelson on the subject of bothsidedism -- “There are NOT ‘two sides’ to the story of a lynching!”
Love the "elite police force". When you beat the shit out of an inmate while a corrections office in 2016, then get sued for it -- I would think being hired for any PD would be out of the question. Yet the MPD hired Demetrius Haley in 2020 anyway and then put him in "Scorpion". WTAF?!
"To address the absurdity of this and other copycat videos"
I am saddened to hear you label Angelia Desselle's video as absurd. I would hope you would stick to topics that you have some knowledge about. Please watch The Highwire's interview with her. https://www.bitchute.com/video/QLvEKvALjVGK/

The beginning is full of tears but thankfully, you give us laughs at the end. I love "the French" and the trouble they are causing. :-)
Ah, the good old days of dial up internet.....how I hated that screeching sound!
Jay, the humor helped to alleviate the pain of the Video aired last night. Thank you 👏
👏👏👏
"Anything but Accountability" should be the right wing credo.

Mondaire Jones for the win. This is so deeply complex.
This is so hilarious thank you so much. Especially since I am not a Twitter user. Oh and I would absolutely watch that show!

Thank you for this. I laughed at some, and cringed at others. Nicely done.
