I know it seems like a minor thing, but "Trump's historic arraignment" is only historic because his level of crimeyness is historic. The arraignment is (or should be) the logical and expected consequence. Rule of law rules!!!
As a matter of note, Harlan Crow's litigation group (according to kerr.berr3.0 on TikTok) had 8/8 SC cases that they won. Would love to know your thoughts on this.
