10am EST is pretty normal. I am sure there will be plenty of rebroadcast availability - esp CSPAN for example. Lots of folks need to see what went on - lift the veil from their eyes - as they did with Nixon.
I missed the first hour of the first night because I was in a meeting. I got home in time to watch the second hour, then brought up YouTube on my TV and the hearings came right up. It was the PBS broadcast. I just watched the first hour right then. You can find this anywhere at any time of day!
The stated goals of these hearings are to inform the American public of the committee findings and to identify what actions can and should be taken by the legislative branch to prevent a repeat. The hearings address the first goal - in part. Without the cooperation of The Fox News Channel the goal is partially met at best. Holding hearings at 10am on weekdays is another issue. In the end the hearings will inform some Americans. Somehow in 2022 I expected better reach. As to the second goal - how do we legislate moral behavior? We are talking about a group of immoral thugs here, led by a street boss figure. What things should be considered as preventative and possible solutions going forward?
The "Electoral College" does the ministerial acts ( plural ) to count the certified votes specificaly transmitted in the necesssry statutory manner. There are numerous legislative ways ( plural ) to clean up this process which as you say, is one of the several purposes ( plural ) of the Select Committee. Seditious Conspiracy is already against the Rule of Law.
I hadn't thought about that but yes, the Electoral College is one process they can examine and possibly enhance. Much of it is controlled by state law and policy now and some of it is very fluid - ripe for abuse.
There are multiple violations of the 1887 Electoral College Act not to mention violations of judicial case law including a very recent opinion, a Federal opinion. Much legislative work to do.
Stepian came to Trump's campaign via New Jersey's "Bridgegate". Adding to intigue, if I am correct, Stepien is currently advising the Chaiwoman's Opponent in Wyoming's upcoming Primary.

I will be watching it on YouTube through PBS at 7 PST. I’m in California.
I will simply be recording on Comcast; play back anytime, part or whole.
Why is the hearing beginning at 10am EST? Is there a program that will repeat the hearing for West Coast viewers?
See, Stephen or SBKaren above; I am recording.
Yes, just go on YouTube and search January 6th hearing and you'll get plenty of choices.
Thanks….I will try recording.👍
