I find it ironic that in the 2020 election it was only votes on the Democrat side that were "found" and used against frump but now he is essentially admitting that Republican votes can also somehow be "found". Though I'm not sure he's smart enough to realize all the votes being counted now are Republican votes HMMMM
I think that's the point. When you claim everything is lie, no one holds you to your lies. He is, after all, the master liar at telling over 30,000 in the 4 years he was President.
I am interested in Jay's analysis of the 5th Circuit ruling ( & related cases) as well. In the interim, for an excellent summary of the 'Nondegation' attacks, see the update by Randolph May,11/3/2, article in the Yale Journal of Regulation ( www.yalereg.com) also credited to the ABA's section of Administration Law & Regulatory Practice titled, "A Nondelegstion Doctrine Challenge to the FCC s Universal Service Regime". Note also, that a 5th Circuit attack on the [Native American] Welfare Act FAILED inside the 5tth Circuit. In short, the Federalist Society is seeking expedited review by a tilted SCOTUS.
The former defeated guy will not stop until he has turned us into a fascist regime his lies are dangerous to democracy on so many levels
Not just him; the entire Republican party, with just a handful of exceptions, is enabling his lies.

I am so over all of this BS. It's getting harder and harder to pay attention to anything at all.
